Does anyone vape CBD oil for anxiety? If so how does it help or does it help? I have very bad health anxiety and was wondering if this would help. Thanks

Quite a few of us with bad HA , it is not fun is it !

I personally have not tried it mainly because my HA won't let me but I have heard so many that have and it has helped

Vaping is faster acting, but it’s therapeutic benefit is short lived. You might can look into experimenting with edibles/gummies, tinctures and possibly the added benefits using terpenes. Also learning the difference between full or broad spectrum CBD as THC contained in CBD can cause unwanted effects.

CBD interacts with certain medications, so it is recommended to talk to your doctor about safety while using CBD if you are ANY medication especially medication that shares the same metabolic enzymes.
