Weirds eyes after anxiety/ panic attacks

I recently had a flurry of serve panic attacks and struggled with anxiety. I’ve been good for about 2 months and got myself together. But I’ve Been left with some strange eye problems. I now have some large floaters in my eyes which aren’t too much of a problem (can mostly see them when it’s bright. But also my eyes seem to ghost images. If watch telly or look at my phone I sort of get a negative image ghost for a second or so and goes ? Does anyone else get this ? It Does it with anything remotely bright really. It’s not too much of a problem but wouldn’t like it to get any worse. I had my eyes tested and they said everything was fine.

Hello Weston23..This is something that happens to me. I am probably a lot older than you.but it has been happening on and off for many years. I was worried when it first happened so kept it to myself until went for a routine eye test. The optician found nothing wrong but suggested it was down to dry eyes and I suggested eye drops for dry eyes. Looking at mobile for too long, especially if tired, will do it to me big time. If you are still concerned you may feel better if you went back to the optician and asked if this could be what you are experiencing. 🙂

Thanks for the reply. I’m just hoping it’s something that will hopefully calm down abit after some time, do you get the negative images that I’m talking about, Like whatever it might be your looking at, you will get a brief negative ghosted imagine of it and it will disappear?
