My thoughts have been so wild and scary lately. I realize now I was sitting in the recliner thinking up a million terrifying scenarios.
Just trying to push through and breathe... it’s very difficult to rearrange my thinking.
It is hard once your thoughts go in a different million directions at once.
Try focusing on the present moment. Where you are and that you are safe.
Breathe as you push these thoughts away. If sitting in the recliner doesn't work,
start moving your muscles. Get up and start doing a few simple things. It will help
bring down your adrenaline level as well as occupy your mind.

Feels like it when you’ve been hyperventilating 😳....shallow mouth breathing ...sucking air into your stomach ...burping ....having a meltdown 🤯....hope you’ve calmed down now
It’s difficult. I kindve go back and fourth through the day. Over breathing and getting wobbly and everything looking intense. Then feeling normal. Then right back
