I woke up and I feel like my chest is heavy and like I have to force myself to breathe. Now I’m terrified I have the coronavirus or blood clots in my lungs. I feel like I have to take a deep breath but my chest feels weird when I do.

Might be anxiety but chest tightness, if it persists, is a sign of Covid-19. Roxie's great advice to focus on something other than your anxiety should work out but if, not get the test.
I get that heavy pressure in my chest when I'm upset or angry about something. Try clearing your mind and take deep ,relaxed breathes. Focus your thoughts on something pleasant. If this continues maybe call the doctor and explain the symptoms.
