Sudden panick attacks

Idek what triggered it fr fr I just got hot and dizzy and and shaky and heart breathing fast and of course I’m thinking the worst I’m trying to calm down and focus on something else

Have you talked to or seen a doctor about this? My first panic attack many years ago came out of the blue, while I was driving down the road..not fun stuff! I know mine was due to anxiety and it was a full-blown panic attack, because I saw a doctor who diagnosed it as such.
