So scared and upset

I keep looking up stuff about teens and healthy young people who have gotten really sick and not survived I’m so scared I have health anxiety and already think there’s something wrong with me I feel like my immune system is not strong enough or I will have bad complications it really scares me I just wanna cry so bad

Zhiyah, not the best choice of reading material for someone with Health Anxiety..

Youth is on your side. Yes, things can happen to each and every one of us but we can't

live in fear each day or we aren't living. You're immune system will be strong enough if

you stop worrying. Follow the protocol for Covid, think positive thoughts and sleep and

eat properly. Stay Safe,. It's going to be okay. xx
