Pins and needles in head

So I woke up this morning with awful pins and needles in my head and down my right arm... lasted a couple of minutes and then wore off but was a horrible feeling and has unnerved me a bit. Wondering if it’s how I was sleeping but have never had this before after waking up. Really need to try not to focus on the symptom as it’ll only make it worse... has anyone else ever experienced pins and needles in the head???

I remember, I experienced your symptoms in 2015. It was a health anxiety because it had induced an heightened awareness in my body. I mean, I could sense a wind or a whisper and get startled very easily...

I was suggested to divert my attention elsewhere. Therefore, I started focusing on my hobbies and other activities...

Don't worry you will be fine. As long as it's not accompanied by numbness or something, you'll be fine...

I mean it felt numb from pins and needles... I’ve had tingling in my head for months due to anxiety but this was definitely more pins and needles...

I’ve had something similar a few times never understood what it was so didn’t think anything of it go to your doctor if your weary of it just put your mind at ease you’ll find it’s more than likely anxiety related
