So I’ve been having digestion issue from anxiety I guess idk because I eat all the time constantly fast food and I saw something about pancreatic cancer and had no idea that was the stomach so now that I found out and the symptoms I’m freaking the hell out and my great grandma passed away like 11-12 years ago from that my worst fear is cancer
