I feel like this must be the worst combo over. The past week I've been so dizzy, I keep almost fainting and I have this apocalyptic feeling of dread. It is so hard to leave my house and especially to be in a car.

How often do you get these? I get them once in awhile and they are usually doozies. Room spins, almost fall down and feel sick to my stomach. Do you take something for it?
