I was hospitalized in march as I had a panic attack out of nowhere. They did my all test including Trop which all came normal but my cholestrol was little high and they discharged me with medications. After 2 weeks all of sudden started having problems like shortness of breath and palpitations for which I visited my GP who asked to do some test including 2d echo. My results were MILD CONCENTRIC LVH with No SAM/ASH/HOCM. I am Scared alot. Doc has prescribed me SSRI Serta 25 which I am taking but still no changes and causing Insomnia. I am scared because of Mild Concentric LVH and I am just 25 years old.
I am physical anxiety symptoms like weird sensations like burning in arms and legs, chest rib pain, headache, irritability, mild shortness of breath, stomach problems, flatulence and more
Please help me I am suffering to find myself which I was from past 3 months and take care of my mom and younger brother who are dependent on me😔

Try not to worry so much. I have been hospitalised on severs occasions due to weird symptoms which they put down to severe anxiety but they found nothing physically wrong. I have Graves’ disease which causes overactive thyroid and also have slight changes on echo which are not dangerous but they do cause anxiety which makes things worse. I eventually found a therapist who does hypnotherapy and I am managing much better as I’m not feeling super anxious all the time. You need to practice self care such as meditation on a daily basis, it’s hard work to begin with but it does help xx
