Hey , I haven’t been here in a while.. but anyway I have been having this strong feeling whenever I’m around people that I’m the elephant in the room . I constantly feel left out , and I always feel like they’re talking about me. I also have terrible social anxiety when in a room with people I’m not comfortable with. How do I get over this paranoid feeling?
