Yes my top jaw usually hurts ... I think it may be TMJ, was supposed to be fitted for a mouth guard from dentist but it’s too much money

Yes, always. One of my majorly anxiety symptom is popping my jaw and grinding my teeth, and I do it without noticing and then I freak myself out because I’ll have a headache or tightness in my jaw

It is common to clench your jaw in times of stress. Practice relaxing your lower jaw, allowing it to fall down a bit. It has helped me.
