So I am suppose to be going to Florida in 3 weeks and I am terrified to go, but I also want to go so bad!
We are driving because I am not ready to go on a plane again. I’m really anxious over this trip because I’m scared my intrusive thoughts will start acting up. Especially because it’s going to be such a long drive. I feel like just saying I don’t want to go but I know I can’t live life like this. Idk what to do 😔

Myself planning to go to france but am really scared bcoz its a very long distance..i hv to change flights and waiting time..i fear a panic attack which i ddnt get since years but still and also am a health anxiety sufferer so am afraid if i had those thoughts and i fear to get palpitation..well its a hell..you may ask your doctor,he may prescribe you smthg to take before boarding..wish you good luck..
