Anxiety and dizziness

Been getting dizzyness on and off but seems to be more often at the moment. I have had bloods done. They checked my iron, sugar, bone, thyroid, full blood count, kidneys and liver. Was told they would be bk in a couple of day and doc would only ring if there was a problem! Well they haven't rang so I hoping that's a gd thing. I just need to get rid off this dizzyness! Its making my anxiety sky high ! It's a new system I've never had.this problem before! Does anyone else get this at all. Also been getting funny headache like tension headaches and tingling over forehead and eyes! The headache will last pretty much all day but get slightly better in the evening! Thanks for reading x

I have this every day right now, describe it almost exactly.

I've had tests, bloodwork, ct scans, have been told over and over that's its probably anxiety

It gets worse ad anxiety goes up too.

It's very scary. But supposed to be a common symptom of severe anxiety.

Hi, have you been checked for migraines? They can cause this even without a headache. I recently have been seeing a Vestibular/Neurological PT for dizziness. This is one of the things that she brought up. I would check into it. There are many reasons for dizziness/vertigo, anxiety being one of them. It's kind of a process of elimination and it is a difficult symptom to label. Sometimes you can't find out what is causing it.
