Twitching feelings

Hi all,

I have been experiencing a new symptom for about three weeks now. It comes from my head it feels like a twitch of fear that washes me it comes and go in seconds but comes on every now and then. My whole body twitch when I am agitated also. Anyone experience this please help?

Next time it happens say in a non fearful way "Oh ok there is the twitch" and leave it at that. So what your body twitches, my heart has palpitations. Once you realize it cannot hurt you, you will discover it doesn't matter. Then maybe your body will stop twitching because you don't care about it. Maybe your body won't but nevertheless pay it no mind other than the initial feeling of the twitch.
