Anyone has headaches in one spot of the head?

I’ve had on and off headaches today in one area I can pinpoint at the top of my head, does anyone get this? I thought I should talk to u guys before I let my anxiety take over and google constantly, had a mri around August and the result came back normal so I wanna believe it’s just the anxiety because I do have other symptoms like muscle to witches and chest pain

Hi Mell , it is great that you had the MRI so you know everything is fine . I had a lot of anxiety today and I had a tension headache , stomach pain , left jaw and chest pain .

I can relate to how you are feeling . What if this time is not anxiety right !?

I am not a doctor but if you have had this kind of headache before you should not worry about it . Try to take a few steps back and see if you can pin point any cause of anxiety .

I don’t suffer from headaches when I am anxious but know when I am, as I have horrible lower back pain similar to very early Labour. The more anxious I get the worse my back pain is. I do daily calm meditation 🧘‍♂️ and now can control the pain in some way with breathing techniques. I hope this helps? 😊

Have you ever tried yoga for your pain. Even light stretching?

I have occasional hip pain. One session of stretching helps it.

I get migraines on one side of my head.

The good thing is your MRI was negative.
