Anxiety at night
My anxiety always comes at night. It's like clock work almost. I dont have many tips but I do find focusing on my phone gets my mind off of things.
I've been trying to do without my phone, but it's a hard habit to break.
I want to try natural supplements soon. Maybe it will be a positive experience

You are not alone. there are ways to manage such emotion. have you figured out what event, person or place causes the panic attacks. if you can locate the root cause, then you can apply proper coping methods. resulting in easier to control the emotion.
