Stop googling symptoms! Trust me I know it’s hard but I stopped doing that a long time ago. You may start off having one symptom/sensation in the beginning of PD and then overtime you start to gain more due to hypersensitivity/ hyper vigilance which some people don’t really know is the reason you tend to get worse in PD, and you’re asking other people “do you have this too?”, you start concluding that because one person has “this” symptoms now you’re gonna have “that” too and that adds anxiety or concluding that it’s something more serious than it is. I feel like there’s two ways to go about this. 1. Go to the doctor to ease your mind have them check everything, and I guarantee you it’ll be anxiety. 2. Is asking people on a forum do they have the same thing, they say yes, and it all comes down to the same answer it’s just anxiety. After that stop looking and scrolling, now we know it’s just anxiety that means okay now let’s go in with solutions on to get better
