What the heck is up with my lips!?

So I’ve had this for a while. I just want to know what it is. I have this weird white...patch on my lip? It’s only on my top lip. I’m sorry for the weird face I have to pull to show this but...here it is. It doesn’t hurt. It is just unsightly. And it has been here for a long long time. Like 3 years and won’t go away

I would see a doctor. Could be a fungus type infection but then again

why guess. Let us know when you are diagnosed. I'm curious. xx
