Anxiety is really tough to deal with just Everywhere I go or look I just see fear especially at night it's a living nightmare ever since I had my second panic attack I've been thru this before it's just really hard rn to coop with at the moment.

Have you tried any medications? When I was first diagnosed with panic disorder I always had them at night and Paxil really helped!

What kind of head symptoms are you having?

Sweaty hands and feet shortness of breath tingling feeling and heart palpitations

Hmm i feel you man. I get brain fog, sweaty hands. and heavy headed and see stars and stuff. You try any meds?

No i do everything naturally it might take a lil time but it's the best and most healthy way ik

Yea i mean sometimes if meds are going to help you function and if you get a good doctor it can help, also getting a correct diagnosis.
