I hope everyone is doing well. My anxiety was ok until recently, but now it’s just come back in full force.
I know anxiety is the devils game and it’s there to make you think negative and mess around with your head. However I wanted to ask everyone a question:
Do you get extreme anxiety about anyone who is ill in your family and you just think the worse of it?
This is what’s happening to me lately and my head won’t stop. I hate it so much! It’s so hard to cope with. I have heard that having too much chocolate is a trigger. Who knows if it’s true?!

I think there are so many different triggers and that many are individual or incidental. I can relate to what you said about family members being sick. My aunt just had hip replacement surgery and I had the hardest time with thoughts of blood clots and such effecting her. I was, and still, always telling her to get up and move around, do her exercises so she didn't develop any blood clots. I also spiral when someone I know or even just casually know is direly sick,
You are not alone in these thoughts and actions! I hope that you find relief soon!
