Hey guys I been a sufferer of anxiety for many years ri the point I lost my job and life. Couldn't leave my house etc I see my selfie slot of the symptoms posts constantly trying to find every each symptom means comparing my self on here and Google my advice just relax I'm off all meds dr approved and lost 237 pounds a new life dont take your feelings so serious if the dr says your ok just enjoy I didn't hours in the er constantly with symptoms no one could explain out my self in prison tomrrow is not guaranteed to anyone just enjoy today

I am so pleased to hear about your recovery. It is so distressing that medication causes so much weight gain. Please be careful in the future. All of us who have had mental illness are vulnerable to relapse. Keep asking your family and close friends if they think you are behaving normally and living a healthy lifestyle. Make sure you have medication available if you do start feeling the first signs of a relapse. Maybe see a counsellor or mental health professional once a month for a check-up. Well done for doing so well, but do keep it up!
