I have been so good since I increased my meds but the last week or so I’ve started this deep sighing thing again, like I can’t get my breathe. And palpitations have started up again also. It’s winter here in Australia and I haven’t been walking maybe this is why. 🤷♀️

Sorry to hear of your new problem. Is there somewhere you could walk inside, or perhaps get some kind of exercise bike?
