Severe panic attack at night

the other attacks I have had were mini compared to this one. Been taking 5mg of generic of lexapro. I was actually feeling pretty good today. THen bam out the blue tonite I had panic attack, blood pressure went up to 146 over 119. Just felt bad, anxious nervous, just bad panic. My husband work 3rd shift so i am beginning to think it has something to do with being alone. I don't seem to have them to this extent when he is at home. Took .25mg of xanax (generic) , this help some.

I think your the only one that has said you BP went up . I get Panic attacks out of the blue , I feel shocking and I feel even worse when my BP goes up . Mine can be around 180/130 , it’s bloody scary and I nearly pass out and shit myself , literally !! I’m not anything but have Kalma (xanax ) as a PRN
