Eyes crazy symptoms

Why does anxiety and panic attacks have crazy symptoms? My eyes always seem to be effected. I've read read all the 101 symptoms of anxiety. I feel like I have all the strange symptoms. I did start 50mg steraline (Zoloft) but I'm thinking that dose isn't enough.

I get floaters and such. Then I get anxious about my vision. But I read stress and anxiety can take a toll on your vision too

I have a floater. I went to my GP, eye specialist and regular eye doctor also has MRA for my eyes all normal. Had a MRI of my head normal except for scar tissue from having stitches when i was young.

I was told could be silent migraines or ocular migraines. Just sucks.

My eye doctor says my eyes take longer to focus I'm nearsighted and work on a computer all day. But sometimes when I look at stationary things with a patterns it seems like they move til my eyes focus. I started with server high anxiety then recently panic attacks arrived.
