I was ok for quite a while this afternoon after chatting away to a friend on the phone and decided to pop to the shop for something, when I came back I felt a little anxiety in my chest and just a little woozy. I only walked round the corner, but I had been up earlier today than normal and have done a few thing more things indoors today, usually I don’t do much in the mornings as it takes me a while to get going now, it’s one of those things where I think would I have had it anyway whether I went to the shop or not? I do feel tired today though maybe that’s caught up with me, and I’ve been yawning a lot. I did sleep last night ...... eventually. Maybe the night before that has caught up with me, who knows 😐

did you get exposed to any kind of smells at the store you went to...multiple chemical sensitivity has the same symptoms as anxiety .....racing heart, chest pain, short of breath etc etc....look it up....MCS....it is happening to more and more people due to our toxic world

Thank you for your reply, no there was nothing like that no smells etc. Think it’s just my anxiety throwing things at me especially if I’m having a Relatively ok day. When Im having a fairly ok day it sometimes hits me doe no reason, but that’s how it goes. Like yesterday I was nervous about going somewhere but it was ok on the end and the rest of the afternoon was fine then I had a couple of moments early evening.
