Has anyone had there heart beating harder than normal for a few days for no reason? Maybe anxiety🤷‍♂️

Yes sounds like anxiety and the more you think about it the more it will happen.

Yes i had and still have it but the doctor also found tachycardia to be part of it for me. The doc can put a heart holster on you bring back the next day to see how your heart is doing. Helped my anxiety.
