I like using my grounding tools so first what you do is find
5 things you see
4 things you can touch
3 things you can hear
2 things you can smell
1 thing you can taste
this has helped me a lot when I’m anxious and also listening to music and using the headspace app which is meditation pretty much! best of luck x
I would try meditating. There are some great meditation apps. Just remember to breathe....
Meditation always sounded complicated and grand to me; for years I didn't get it. Nowadays I see it as just pausing and thinking about the air filling my tummy, then the air swishing out again. I keep repeating it and trying to think of nothing else. If struggling after that I chant to myself, "do not think, do not think".
