IT all goes away eventually.

When you accept the physical feelings and KNOW that they can not hurt you, and KNOW you ALWAYS, get over it, eventually the familiar feeling of that whoosh of panic, drops in intensity and you MAKE it through that awful moment.

Today, I was working outside and got a panic feeling and I said, " ok that feeling means I am going to win the lottery" and ZAP the feeling went away. GONE.

For the last dozen years I would have broken out in a sweat, and panicked had to go inside and WAIT for the BIG EVENT ( whatever that is anyway), but I kept on working and it was OVER.

NOW I was home, and not trapped in some restaurant with zillions of people or in my car on the expressway in traffic on a hot day..............I will give you that............BUT, it was still a victory!

This is all doable in one way or another.

IF you can't do something today, and are freaking out about it.............you will do it another day, when you are ready.

For now, just assume that your panic, or anxiety or whatever zaps you get, means You WILL WIN the lottery and life will be good.........

Just pretend it's a sign that all is well.........
