Update to my “Any Kind Words” thread.

Hi

My dad is being discharged Tuesday!! He’s looking much better and finally eating solid foods again. He turned to see who was coming in the room first , and I broke down crying . He really looked feeble and they had him on sedatives . It was a bummer to witness. I am elated to know that he’s being discharged. He has to adapt to a totally new lifestyle now but I’m glad he’s getting a bit better & he is also happy. I told him of everyone’s kind words on here, the ones who reached out on my thread ..& he’s so happy and appreciative. He mentioned he continues to feel healing energy. He’s a spiritual person , so it was so interesting talking to him about the whole ordeal . I’ll continue to do Reiki and meditation with him, whether it be in his room or from a distance.

Thanks again to everyone who wished him well and continues to do so for his recovery. He also needs physical therapy, to get strong again. But, he’s so excited to be discharged soon after his surgery. I’m praying for a successful surgery and recovery for that as well. 💚💚

dearest hippiee, I am so happy to hear that your dad will be discharged from the hospital

within the next couple days. Stay strong for him right now as he will feel that strength.

I will continue my meditation and wishing him a successful and quick recovery with the

help of physical therapy. Stay strong, we are here for you. xx

Hi

My dad is now being given the ok to go to a rehab facility so he can exercise and get strong again. It’s near his house to so that’s a blessing we were able to get a spot for him there. The procedure was successful! 💚💚. I hope he’ll get well adjusted to everything and do great 👍🏽
