Feeling spaced out

Hi

For about 2 year I have felt spaced out I don't get headaches or feel sick

I don't feel myself my doctor said go get your eyes tested so I did I need glasses full time but I feel the same wearing glasses as I did before wearing glasses but more zoomed.

Iv had this problem since I got malaria I also put 2 stone on since feeling like this. Doctor gave me medication for labyrinthitis but I know it's not ear infection because I don't have ear ache or or anything like that.

I play football 3 hours 2 days a week and I forget about this spaced out feeling seems to go away for them few hours but when I'm at work staring at a conveyor belt everyday bright lights it's all to worrying.

I don't drink I don't smoke any advice on this

I get this when I’m in it I touch something rough, cold or something that will send a ‘shock’ to your system. Mine tends to be worse when I don’t have my glasses on but I do sometimes get this when I have my glasses on too x
