Hymalayan salt lamp

Has anyone tried a Hymalayan salt lamp to help soothe anxiety? Don't think it actually does anything but I'm told just having it on creates peaceful, restful vibes!

Hello there! I have a salt lamp. I do not notice that it has done anything for my anxiety. It does produce a nice calming light though. 😁

Hi, thanks for reply. Think I will get a lamp will be worth it even if just for the calming light!
