Unfortunately my anxiety has come back and has intensified. Chest pain back pain, trouble breathing muscle twitches headaches. The list goes on! Idk what to do anymore I feel lost. I wanna our an end to this immediately idk if I should see a psychiatrist or not. I’m just so never of all my symptoms and it leading to more permanent health problems, luckily my anxiety hasn’t lasted a year yet but it is slowly about to be in a few months. I just need help......

DONT LOOSE HOPE! If your anxiety has lasted that long and is giving you that much trouble then you should definately try a phsychiatrist or psycologist to maybe even get a few medications (not benzos).
