Does anyone keep getting nerve pain and tingling in left leg and arm on and off throughout the day. I suffer from health anixity but can’t help but think the worst

Yes! I’ve had it for 4 weeks. Chest discomfort with random nerve pains in arms, legs, armpits! Weak legs, face tingling. I’m fed up with it now and have been told it’s due to my nervous system going into overdrive due to chronic stress - it’s not fun. I’m trying to relax, rest and am avoiding alcohol, caffeine. Hope it goes soon for you.
