Hey all I am an anxiety/ depression sufferer off and on for almost 30 years. I ha e had 3 major episodes. The first was at 24 yrs old...I started having panic attacks but did not even know what a panic attack was so basically thought I was having a heart attack and/or going crazy.

It lasted for about 6 to 7 months then by the Grace of God the Lord healed me from that episode...then 20 years later I had an eposode that lasted for about 6 months.

Recently been dealing with an episode that is not as bad as the first 2 but still frustrating.

Here is what I will say...it will get better! Trust that it will pass. Tou must trust that it will improve and pass on time.

It always does.
