i have lived in the same home since i can remember. in the midst of all my struggles with anxiety and such, my house has been my safe place. but now, for reasons beyond my moms control, we might have to move. this information has put me kind of in shock. like i don’t want to leave the only place i’ve ever known as home. any tips on how to move past this?

So sorry to hear this. Our homes can be a real sanctuary. It may help to try to think of it as home being the people you live with more than the house or flat. As long as you are together you can see anything through together.
