I’m constantly afraid for my health. Pain, discomfort, fatigue, the works. Just today I felt like I had a constant brain freeze and I’m sweating a lot.
I’m 20 years old and I’m just trying to do well in school and start my life w my girlfriend but these feelings and sensations are impeding my enjoyment of life.

The first thing to do is see your doctor and explain how you feel. I am sure she will reassure you that there is nothing physically wrong. All these symptoms are mostly likely anxiety which can cause some awful feelings which sends us into panic mode which makes them even worse. Try to relax through these feelings. Explain how you feel to your girfriend, I am sure she will be supportive. Good luck
Checking with a medical doctor is a good first step. Tell them your symptoms and see if they can adjust your medication or help otherwise. Many times medications need to be adjusted - since people respond differently to each drug. Find the one that works best for you.
Secondly, you should check with a good counselor or Pastor to help you with any kind of anxious thoughts you are feeling. That has helped me in the past.
Also, I just heard of a book called the Comeback by Louie Giglio. He talks about the steps he took to get out of a situation he was facing. I don't yet have a copy but from the comments it looks like a very helpful book.
I was constantly worried about my health. I still worry, when something don’t seem right I go to the ER or urgent care and have them check me. It all end up being anxiety but always safe to make sure
Hi Treyjeff, stress can cause these feelings. I went through similar problems and after I began to exercise it was completely eliminated. There are also other illnesses that have these symptoms like diabetes, or lupus, and other autoimmune diseases. A trip to the doctor would be wise.
