Develop your awareness skills to understand what triggers your anxiety. I also recommend journaling to understanding the deeper reason why you have anxiety.
Start by writing a journal of your thoughts and replace them with positive and tangible thoughts. Ask yourself during the anxiety attack “why I’m I feeling like this? What’s the positive thing about these thoughts that make them not true ?”
Also take deep breath immediately shift your concentration on you surrounding
