Strange symptom

Since I started having panic attacks, I've found that I've developed a claustrophobia of sorts. One odd thing about it is that I can't stand to feel my clothes/bra constricting me. I wear extra baggy clothes as much as possible. When I have to wear normal clothes and a bra it's very upsetting because it triggers anxiety.

Please know that this is a VERY common symptom for some people.

For now, be inventive and find the base layers that you feel comfortable in, and dress for who and what you are in these days.

This is a symptom, for many like our dizzy's, or tightchest, or tingling in the hands.

It WILL go away.

I'd focus on finding clothing that will make you feel good about who and what you are, and avoid what is not working for you right now.

( it's not claustrophobia, it is an aversion to constricted items on the body)

You only have an aversion to something.............

kinda like wool. Some folks flip the $^&* out when they have wool on.......but they don't label it, they just change the sweater..............

Having the same problem here!🙋🏼‍♀️ bras and thight clothes are SERIOUSLY making me anxious cause I feel like I cannot breathe, and my chest is so thight, and even my breasts hurt.
