Please someone explain

Can someone please explain why. When in bed or laying down. I only notice pulsating and pains in my left arm. My main annoyance is my left hand. It’s almost like constant pins and needles in it I have no reason as to why? Even when I focus on right nothing happens. Pins and needle probably isn’t the right word. Throbbing is more the right word. I can feel the blood moving through it. It’s hard to explain 😞 sorry. Please advise.

Hi Sandy Are you by any chance left handed? I am certainly not a doctor and can

only go by my own experiences. However, what you are describing sounds like either

of two things. ( I have both) A trigger point in the shoulder (a muscle spasm) that needs

to be worked out with a physical therapist. OR.... Carpal Tunnel Syndrome of the left wrist.

(I have it in both) It is annoying, pins and needles, sharp electric shock sensations even

throbbing due to the trapped nerve in the wrist. It is not coming from your heart and that

is why the cardiologist doesn't find anything. For myself, it was a neurologist that diagnosed my issue years ago. It's just a thought Sandy, hoping it can quiet down some of

the anxiety. Breathe
