Coloring is good Julie. I find it very soothing. What I found even more of a
distraction is sketching pictures from Hallmark cards or Sunday cartoons.
It takes a little more concentration in trying to duplicate. In that it takes your
mind off present issues. Finding our nitch is what it's all about xx
