feeling misunderstood can anyone identify

just thought id try and express my feelings regarding a letter from a trainee psychologist in conjuction with a qualified psychologist which was recently sent to the gp who attempted to wean me of diazepam ;basically,i saw this woman trainee psychologist once and spoke over the phone on 3 occasions.Apparently , they seem to be off the opinion that if your still on diazepam and occasional nightcap (alcohol)tand because I was having fdifficulty in expressing myself clearly,as I was stressed out and took 1 half of diazepam 2mg I couldn't relate to her method.Neverever felt so unable to deal with talking before it happened with the new gp who more or less said no more repeat prescriptions of 5mg ,though he did give me 2mg the whole episode has almost broke me,as id allowed things to slide and still feel my nerves sensitised as was described in DRC.Weeks book...…..Im a whole lot better though unsteady sometimes and conscious of breathing.....just feel undermined and frustrated as well as insecure ..I have always been a down to earth person and called a spade a spade...…..still trying to overcome some concerns about my health as well as coping ,sorry to harp on,,,
