I'm extremely grateful to have this place to turn to when things get a bit much. Christmas can be an awful time for a lot if people so I just wanted to make a post saying my messages are always open for those who feel down and lonely and want a chat. I hope everyone has a wonderful day, whatever you are doing.. Thank you!

hi your right this is a great source of help for thousands of people selfishly giving up time to help others when in reality they joined seeking help for themselves.thank you as well and hope you had a great Christmas day.

I find that if I celebrate Christmas as it meant to me like I did last year, it is not stressful but joyful. It is about celebrating the birth of Jesus and should not be focussed on anything else if it is stressful for you. Enjoy the lights, decorations, carols, and fun things to eat. Enjoy yourself and friends who are not materialistic. Attend church, plays, live nativities. Think about the things you can be grateful for: clothes in your closet, food in your refrigerator, shoes on your feet and shelter. Hope everyone is preparing for a Merry Christmas.
