Does anyone get hot flushes a lot? I feel as if I get it almost all day long. Then sometimes shiver too randomly? Always associate it to a dodgy heart!! This illness is killing me it really is!!!

It is Amarie coming from severe anxiety. I went through the

same thing. Hot and then cold shivers. You might be able to

distinguish the heat flushes as different then the heat we feel

from the weather or working out hard. The stress sweat that

the flush produces has a unique strong odor to it. Best thing

is to not focus on your body temperature. When it happens go

with the flow. It is not dangerous just a sign of stress. xx

Yes, I get those randomly too. I break out in a sweat and 5 minutes later I'm so cold my teeth sometimes chatter. It' s just anxiety.
