Needles & tingling feet and arms

My anxiety was improving..

felt myself more

But feet and arms tingling like needles... only when I’m sitting down..

Fucking sick of it

I eat healthy

I go gym 4 times a week

Life is great

But it’s doing this to me!!!

WHY WHY WHY

really fed up with it.
