This is the latest one. Been going on for ages though. My right side of chest keeps getting like a nerve spasm type of feeling here and shooting into my chest. God I hope it’s not serious. Might have to go hospital later!! This one actually hurts too!

How are you feeling now ?
It might be due to stress because ironically anxiety causes stress which stress causes small symptoms like muscle spasms and random pains here and there
You are most likely okay and it isn’t a medical emergency. I would just put on a movie or something that makes you happy and just try to acknowledge that it’s just your anxiety getting the best of you. If it really gets bad enough then yes maybe have someone go with you but I believe you will be okay ! 🤗
