Does anyone else get this sore bruised feeling in the front of your neck the day after you have a hyperventilating episode? I had a real bad panic attack yesterday and it hurts so bad now. Just wanted to see if any of y’all have the same problem.

I never had this problem. But it sounds like you might have strained your neck muscles.
Hyperventilation causes muscles tension and can cause jaw pain. Try some Advil to see if the pain goes away
