I was super tired when I got back with the kids tonight and I feel asleep almost right away.that was around maybe 9pm or 10pm...but then I wake up at 4am and can't fall back asleep,I feel so tired and I want to sleep but the feeling I have makes it impossible. I feel detached like I'm still dreaming but I feel sick all at once. (I'm still awake while feeling this way). I take a bath to try and relax I play calming music but nothing is working.

This happened to me all the time, sometimes I still have moments where I feel like I’m detached. Try not to overthink it... you need to distract yourself, basically trick your mind into relaxing... the harder you try to make it go away the more you focus your attention on it giving it more fuel. I know that sounds a bit confusing, but maybe a book? Or some tea?
