Medication change

Here in Florida/US, laws changed. Adderall is in with opioid, class II list, of which I was on for 14 years. Initially got on it for social anxiety, stuttering, finding words, energy, organization, concentration, but had to get off "cold turkey". Doc prescribed Lexapro. On day 2, I slept 20 of 24 hours, felt sick, no energy, (could not even lift my hands/arms off my lap). The flu would have been easier to deal with. I quit it. I probably do need something, but with family to deal with through Nov & Dec, I don't have time. I do know one of my problems I constantly have to deal with, is I get no respect from at all from anyone. Not my kids, even once in a while hubby, nor doctors. Every time I am confronted with a situation it throws me for a loop.
