Electrolytes level high?

I had a blood test recently and I got the results and they said that my electrolytes were just over the normal level but no action from a doctor was needed?

Nobody explained to me why it was high though? And if I need to do anything to bring it down?

Should I make an appointment with the doctor to talk about the results?
